Kesha's Lawsuit REJECTED By Court Judge
Kesha's war with Dr. Luke has come to a very unsettling (for many) end when her claims were rejected by court judge yesterday. ICYMI, Kesha has made lawsuit against Dr. Luke for allegedly raping her when she was 18 and abusing her for the past 10 years.
Eventhough the social media is massively with Kesha, court judge is not in the same boat. The judge rejected all of Kesha's claims against Dr. Luke which sadly means that she has to remain under Luke's recording company and Sony. She also cannot release any records outside of this label.
Upon rejecting her claims, the judge issued this statement;
"Although [Luke's] alleged actions were directed to Kesha, who is female, [her claims] do no allege that [Luke] harbored animus toward women or was motivated by gender animus when he allegedly behaved violently toward Kesha."
The judge ends the statement with this;
"Every rape is not a gender-motivated hate crime." - which will surely starts a war on the social media.
Kesha's personally tweets about this and says "These music business a-sholes (well, Dr. Luke) had almost successfully crushed my magic. But that f--ker didn't win!". Earlier, Kesha shared with us on her Instagram account that she was offered freedom but needed to APOLOGIZE to Dr. Luke and announce that she was never raped by him. This case really has gotten out of hands and I dont know
how both parties can ever benefit from it. Sony should have resolved this before courts.

I just wish Kesha all the best and may her be granted her career back. I can understand why Sony and Dr. Luke refused to let her go because she is one talented artist. Sony, I think it's about time you do the right thing. #FreeKesha
