So the world has been told that Lady Gaga has ended her engagement of 5 years relationship with Taylor Kinney and little monsters all over the world went crazy. I mean who does not, right? One of the biggest news ever was when Gaga announced her engagement with her long time boyfriend and little monsters were very supportive and anticipating the probably biggest wedding in Hollywood history. Sadly, it wont happen, at least not now. Following the sad news, Lady Gaga issued a statement on her Instagram with a pic of her and Taylor Kinney with captions that clarify the situation. Apparently, both of them are still in love with each other and only taking a break. Talking bout new music video, this one just dropped last week. Gwen Stefani's new music video for her new single of her album "This Is What The Truth Feels Like", "Misery". This one is my personal favourite from the album(if you saw my post on the album review you would know) and I am glad that it is picked at a single, better accompanied with a music video. The video features the flawless Gwen in a lot of outfits, some of you can even get fashion tips from it I believe. Truth to be told, only Gwen Stefani can make misery looks this good. lol. Queen B is back and she has always coming back with a thunder. This time she brings "Lemonade" to quench the thirst for her new music. Numbers have rolling in and from what is being reported, the thirst for Queen B's new effort is super high. Setting to top the Billboard 200 chart next week with more than 500k copies of pure album sales, what else can we say. Just give the throne to her already. Adding on with streaming counts, Bey would open with more than 600k copies of album sales altogether which is crazy knowing that the album was released on Tidal which has only like 3 million subs to date. Beyhive, you guys have done great I'm sure Queen B is damn proud of all of you.

Just when we thought we have to wait much longer for new music from Kesha, this miracle happens. Following a surprise performance by Kesha with Zedd at Coachella, Kesha releases this new track produced by Zedd just recently. Kesha first teases her animals (her fans) with the cover art of the new track with hashtag #TrueColors as caption on Instagram and nothing more. It made the fans wonder what the picture really means and thankfully, it is as expected; a cover art for her new track.  With this new release from Kesha, despite her ongoing legal battle with producer Dr. Luke and her recent denial in injunction for her to record outside Kemosabe by judge, is definitely a relief for everyone especially the animals. The song, although kinda dancy and house music (well Zedd is the producer), carries meaningful lyrics that touches the heart of many who follow Kesha's career. The long wait is over with the official release of Yuna's latest effort "Crush" music video featuring Usher, today just few hours ago. Honestly speaking, I was among millions of Yuna's fans who got excited for the music video. Not only because it features Hollywood A-list, Usher, but also because the song itself is so damn good. To me it should be the first single instead of "Places To Go". But I am not a music expert so I am just laying my thoughts down about it. Ok, moving on to the music video, the video was shot in black and white, like "Places To Go" music video and you guessed it, slo-mo is the major drive for the music video as well. Well, I think you can expect that knowing that the song is a slow, relaxing kinda song so using slo-mo is not an issue here. I think I don't wanna comment so much about it. Kris Allen is back with his brand new album "Letting You In" . Following his past release "Horizon" which came out a little quiet, this 2009 American Idol winner is here again with his new flavour. How good is this album going to be? I'm about to find out real soon. Before that, few quick info on this album. It was launched on 18th March, about a month ago with no preceding singles of any sort. A very daring move I shall say. The album comes with 10 tracks and takes about 37mins to listen to. Ok so let's get going with this album. The album starts with "Love Will Find You" . Kesha's war with Dr. Luke has come to a very unsettling (for many) end when her claims were rejected by court judge yesterday. ICYMI, Kesha has made lawsuit against Dr. Luke for allegedly raping her when she was 18 and abusing her for the past 10 years.  Eventhough the social media is massively with Kesha, court judge is not in the same boat. The judge rejected all of Kesha's claims against Dr. Luke which sadly means that she has to remain under Luke's recording company and Sony. She also cannot release any records outside of this label.  Upon rejecting her claims, the judge issued this statement; "Although [Luke's] alleged actions were directed to Kesha, who is female, [her claims] do no allege that [Luke] harbored animus toward women or was motivated by gender animus when he allegedly behaved violently toward Kesha." Gwen Stefani is back with her new #1 solo album "This Is What The Truth Feels Like". It has been 10 years since Gwen's last solo album and good for her, she came back with a bang! The album opens with 84,000 equivalent album sales (pure album sales + streaming) in its first week. As the title goes, the album was based on Gwen's emotional roller coaster from the end of her relationship with former husband and what she felt during that probably gruesome period. It receives good critics over the honesty portrayed through the songs. So, with the album in hands, I would like to review the album my way. Now lets get started. It has been sooooo long since "Fancy" and Iggy Azalea finally made her comeback to the music scene. This time, she is bringing "Team" with her. "Azillion" was supposed to be her comeback song but sadly, the song didnt fly. Sad to know that "Azillion" did not received enough hype when I think it should because it was such an amazing song. Fortunately, "Team" received significant responses and hence, it is worthy of a music video (thank god). Iggy did released a dance video for "Team" previously which was so promising and making us anticipating for the music video so much more. The British group of 5 guys, One Direction is 2014 Most Successful Concert Act of 2014 when closing with $282.2 million of ticket sales. This is the first time ever that a non-veteran act has topped the list despite the fact that One Direction's average ticket price is among the lowest ($82.05). One Direction closed at #10 in 2013. Leona Lewis, one of the best voices on the planet teases her "bunnies"(her fans) for what is coming in 2015 with a video she posted on her Instagram and Facebook account today. The "Bleeding Love" singer posted the video with a caption "Getting ready for 2015" drives her bunnies into a music frenzy as the song sang by Leona in the video is really something else. Leona, who is now under a new record label is set to release a new album which will be her first after departing from SyCo Entertainment. The coming album will be her fourth studio album and is set to be "the" album for her comeback to the pop music chart. A new video from Avril Lavigne is out just few hours ago as she uploaded her latest music video on Youtube today. The song called "Rock N Roll", basically because we know Avril is a rock chick so that's no surprise. This is her second single after "Here's To Never Growing Up". Let's talk about the music video. I really love this video. Avril is so freaking funny. This video is comic-influenced and it reminds me a lot to My Chemical Romance's " Na Na Na" music video. Sony Ericsson didn't also miss the chance to promote it's new phone in this video. All in all, the music is good, the video is great. I just love Avril Lavigne. So watch it now you won't regret. Lady Gaga has finally released the long awaited music video of her latest single "Applause". This marked as the first music video she released in 2 years. After a long break, Mother Monster is now ready to get all the applause. So the video was released yesterday and was premiered on GMA (Good Morning America).  Here's my comment on the video. Lady Gaga said it will be full of art and pop and basically she is not lying. The music video is so artsy. Gaga put on lots of outfits (which most of em are too exposing, to me). The song is Gaga-typical, very popsy and I like it when she does a little falsetto in this song showing her variety of vocal. So now we just have to wait for Katy's music video right? Just yesterday Lady Gaga issued an emergency for the pop world. Due to the abundance of leakages of her new single from her latest album "ArtPop", she has decided to let the rumours down by releasing her single "Applause" today. It supposed to be released 8 days from now but Gaga just can't wait any longer. Just yesterday she urges all monsters to spread the word that "Applause" will air on US radio station today and internationally will follow. So monsters, the wait has ended.
