Little Monsters Go Crazy Over Gaga-Kinney Break Up

So the world has been told that Lady Gaga has ended her engagement of 5 years relationship with Taylor Kinney and little monsters all over the world went crazy. I mean who does not, right? One of the biggest news ever was when Gaga announced her engagement with her long time boyfriend and little monsters were very supportive and anticipating the probably biggest wedding in Hollywood history. Sadly, it wont happen, at least not now. Following the sad news, Lady Gaga issued a statement on her Instagram with a pic of her and Taylor Kinney with captions that clarify the situation. Apparently, both of them are still in love with each other and only taking a break. Just like any other relationships, they also have their ups and downs.

Gaga says:

"Taylor and I have always believed we are soulmates. Just like all couples we have ups and downs, and we have been taking a break,"

I just wanna wish Lady Gaga and Taylor Kinney all the best and may they reunite again soon in the future. They are basically one of the most genuinely sweet couples in the entertainment industry.

Britney used to tease her fans about the possible new song with G-Eazy when she tweeted and uploaded a picture of her with G-Eazy on Instagram June last year. Fans all over the world are glad that the collabo actually happened and resulted to an amazing track "Make Me". The song is mid tempo, kinda house inspired (well duhh) and sultry sexy like always. "Finding Dory" Most Hilarious Animation of 2016 To Date! - Movie Review

So I had the chance to watch "Finding Dory" yesterday, after long queue of people at the ticket counters that is. In case you did not know, "Finding Dory" is a sequel from the all time successful animation "Finding Nemo" which released in 2003. If you watch "Finding Nemo" you would know that Dory is a fish that suffered from short term memory lost who helped Marlin, a clown fish to find his son, Nemo who got caught by a person. This time around, it's Marlin and Nemo who had to find Dory who happened to remember about her family and went on to find them.

Just like any other Disney Pixar animation, this one here is super funny. It even starts with a funny and cute short movie of little bird learning on how to find its meal. It's super cute it makes all the audience (including myself) to "aweee" several times. Ok moving on, I really enjoy this movie. I have been cracking up laughing all the way through the movies like a freaking retards and I am not even sorry. I mean everybody does the same. You just cant help but to laugh at every scenes. It also has some touching scenes like when Dory finally found her parents and when she's about to give up and stuff like that. I personally like that Octopus (Septipus as Dory calls it). He is freaking funny with acrobatic and camouflage things. The scene where it grabs a coffee pot and drinks out of it cracks me up real good. I am still laughing every time I remember that scene.

If you're into animation movies, please go and watch this one. It's a brilliant movie with good messages and makes a great family movie as well. Everyone can enjoy this movie. I give this movie 5/5 because it is super awesome! Watch the trailers here to get you pumping before the movie!

Gwen Stefani Being All "Misery" In New Music Video

Talking bout new music video, this one just dropped last week. Gwen Stefani's new music video for her new single of her album "This Is What The Truth Feels Like", "Misery". This one is my personal favourite from the album(if you saw my post on the album review you would know) and I am glad that it is picked at a single, better accompanied with a music video. The video features the flawless Gwen in a lot of outfits, some of you can even get fashion tips from it I believe. Truth to be told, only Gwen Stefani can make misery looks this good. lol. Anyhow, watch the video here and lemme know what you guys think about it. PEACE!

Yuna's New Music Video for "Lanes"

Hey guys. Our very own international star just shared with us the emotional music video of her new single "Lanes". "Lanes" is my personal favourite from her latest album "Chapters" (which you guys can buy now on iTunes and in stores near you). Just after the hugely anticipated music video for "Crush" featuring Usher, this new video comes out. Good to see that Yuna's career are progressing very well and very fast in the US. So, about the new video, I will say it has a nice concept, something you dont see very often especially in Malaysia. I mean I dont have anything else to but nice things to say about this song and the music video. It is very emotional though, Yuna even cries in the video for you all to see. Good acting Miss Yuna. Haha. So for you guys who havent watched the video, worry not, just check out the video at the end of this post and tell me what you guys think of it okay? Peace!

P/S: Congrats to Yuna for her sold out tours in the states! Way to make us Malaysian proud of our talents. :)

Elizabeth Tan Releases New Single "Tabah"

ICYMI, the beautiful Elizabeth Tan just released a new single called "Tabah". This new song is accompanied by a very beautifully done lyric video which you can find at the end of the post. The song is kinda pop rnb, with the vibe of Alicia Keys-ish. I really like this song. It has good lyrics with refreshing music arrangement. Kudos to Faithful Music for pulling this off. Enjoy the song here and lemme know what you think of it yah. PEACE!

Ariana Grande's "Dangerous Woman" Album Review

Hello everyone. As you all know, our little sweetheart, Ariana Grande just dropped her latest solo album "Dangerous Woman" last May 20th. I know it's a bit late but Im gonna do a review on the album still knowing some of you guys might still havent listened to the whole album just yet. So with the album in hand, lemme start my review of the amazing album "Dangerous Woman".

Okay, the album comes with 15 songs and takes about 55 minutes for the whole album to play. The album debut at #2 failing to kick Drake's "View from the 6" from its top spot on Billboard 200. Hopefully the album will peak at #1 someday. So the album starts with "Moonlight". This is a mid-tempo ballad song showcasing Ariana's promising vocal abilities. Well everybody knows that Ariana can sing by now Im sure about that so this song is just another testament to that. The second song is my favourite song of the entire album, the ever-sexy "Dangerous Woman". This album-title song is Ariana telling everyone that she is a grown up lady. I just love how the song goes, the melody and of course how Ariana's voice perfectly compliments the song. Moving on to "Be Alright", this song is pop-generic kinda song. It's radio-friendly and catchy but kinda generic. Not my fav but not the one I dislike either. Next is my another favourite, "Into You". "Into You" is the second single from "Dangerous Woman" and yes, it is a good decision! "Into You" is catchy, energetic and radio-friendly.

Talking about collabos, Ariana choose to stick with her bestie, Miss Onika Maraj or better known as Nicki Minaj in "Side To Side". It's a song with the touch of reggae music and music of the island. With Nicki on the track, this one can never go wrong. Not only miss Nicki, Ariana also collab with Nicki's boss, Lil' Wayne for "Let Me Love You". But sorry to say this Lil Wayne, Im not digging this collab. Moving on, Ariana brings back the retro pop era with "Greedy". Im basically having fun with this song a lot. I can imagine Ariana and her cute dance in the music video of this song later. Haha. Right after she brings retro pop, she collab with the diva of that era, Macy Gray in "Leave Me Lonely". This song is pop rnb kinda song, giving us the vibe of Macy Gray's. "Everyday" is another collab in this album. This time, hip-hop twist with Future. Typical hip-hop+pop kinda song but still enjoyable. Next is "Sometimes". To me, this is just a song to get by. You know, for you to listen to after a few good tracks, like okay we need to take a break and listen to a mediocre song. This is it. "I Dont Care" is a mid-tempo song, also another filler in the album but this one to me is a good one. It's kinda broadway in way and still pop-ish and Ariana-ish. Moving on we have "Bad Decisions". Just like the title, I think this song is a bad decision for Ariana. Lol. Ariana is fine tho only that this angst music dont really suit her gentle voice. Talk about head voice's and whistle's notes junky, "Touch It" is the one for you. I dont really like the song but I like how Ariana plays with her head voices and whistle notes in this song. Nearing the end of the album, the album features a two-songs-in-one track "Knew Better/Forever Boy". Honestly, I dont understand why the need to put two songs in one track like why dont you just make it two effing tracks right? Anyway, this track is not to my liking. It lacks climax in the song. It falls flat to me. The album closes with "Thinking Bout You".This is a slow song, kinda Ariana typical. It leaves a message of what kinda singer Ariana is. A good way to end the album.

So, now that I have listened to whole album, I will say I really enjoy it.  I dont feel like the album takes 55 minutes of my life. But to make a comparison, this album is nothing much different than her previous album "My Everything". It kinda go the same direction with about the same kinda music. And it hurts to say that, for some odd reasons I still hear Mariah in few of the songs. Im not sure why but it just happen. Maybe I fell for the hype that Ariana is the new Mariah bla bla bla. All in all, Ariana is still one of the best voices of this generation and she is one of a kind. I rate this album 4/5 and totally recommend this album for all pop lovers out there. Take a listen on Spotify and go buy her album on iTunes if you love it. Peace!

P/S: Maybe the next album, Ariana will give us colored album cover. Lol.

Dayang Nurfaizah Previews New Single "Lelaki Teragung"

Hello everyone. ICYMI, our very own diva songstress, Dayang Nurfaizah just released her latest single "Lelaki Teragung" recently. In conjunction with the latest effort, I was among the few lucky people who got invited to a private live preview of this song by Dayang herself. Thank you Indigital management for that. Ok, moving on to the main topic. "Lelaki Teragung" is another powerful ballad adding up to Dayang's existing impressive ballad collection. According to the lady herself, the song was a challenge for her for few good reasons. First, the title "Lelaki Teragung" (The Greatest Man) is very heavy in a sense that she does not have any specific "Lelaki Teragung" to dedicate this song to. So, to find the right emotion to sing it was a challenge. I will say she did it super well! Another reason is of course, the arrangement of the song itself. Another powerful ballad very few singers can tackle nowadays so kudos to Dayang Nurfaizah for doing such an amazing job on it.

For you guys, enjoy the live preview here exclusive on Raflurv's Blog. Peace!

P/S: Don't forget to drop by iTunes and buy the song ya. :)

Beyonce to Top Billboard 200 with "Lemonade"

Queen B is back and she has always coming back with a thunder. This time she brings "Lemonade" to quench the thirst for her new music. Numbers have rolling in and from what is being reported, the thirst for Queen B's new effort is super high. Setting to top the Billboard 200 chart next week with more than 500k copies of pure album sales, what else can we say. Just give the throne to her already. Adding on with streaming counts, Bey would open with more than 600k copies of album sales altogether which is crazy knowing that the album was released on Tidal which has only like 3 million subs to date. Beyhive, you guys have done great I'm sure Queen B is damn proud of all of you.

Kesha Releases New Song "True Colors" with Zedd

Just when we thought we have to wait much longer for new music from Kesha, this miracle happens. Following a surprise performance by Kesha with Zedd at Coachella, Kesha releases this new track produced by Zedd just recently. Kesha first teases her animals (her fans) with the cover art of the new track with hashtag #TrueColors as caption on Instagram and nothing more. It made the fans wonder what the picture really means and thankfully, it is as expected; a cover art for her new track.

With this new release from Kesha, despite her ongoing legal battle with producer Dr. Luke and her recent denial in injunction for her to record outside Kemosabe by judge, is definitely a relief for everyone especially the animals. The song, although kinda dancy and house music (well Zedd is the producer), carries meaningful lyrics that touches the heart of many who follow Kesha's career. This shows some hope for her and we the fans really hope to hear more of her in the future.  Take a listen to it below and tell me what you think about it. PEACE! #FREEKESHA

p/s: Kesha is still signed under Dr. Luke's label.

Yuna World Premier "Crush" Music Video Featuring Usher

The long wait is over with the official release of Yuna's latest effort "Crush" music video featuring Usher, today just few hours ago. Honestly speaking, I was among millions of Yuna's fans who got excited for the music video. Not only because it features Hollywood A-list, Usher, but also because the song itself is so damn good. To me it should be the first single instead of "Places To Go". But I am not a music expert so I am just laying my thoughts down about it. Ok, moving on to the music video, the video was shot in black and white, like "Places To Go" music video and you guessed it, slo-mo is the major drive for the music video as well. Well, I think you can expect that knowing that the song is a slow, relaxing kinda song so using slo-mo is not an issue here. I think I don't wanna comment so much about it. You guys should watch it and tell me about what you guys think instead. If you ask me, I love the music video and I enjoy watching it. I will say it is the perfect music video for you to chill and relax. Anyway, watch it below and share your thoughts with me yah. PEACE!

Kris Allen's "Letting You In" Album Review

Kris Allen is back with his brand new album "Letting You In". Following his past release "Horizon" which came out a little quiet, this 2009 American Idol winner is here again with his new flavour. How good is this album going to be? I'm about to find out real soon. Before that, few quick info on this album. It was launched on 18th March, about a month ago with no preceding singles of any sort. A very daring move I shall say. The album comes with 10 tracks and takes about 37mins to listen to. Ok so let's get going with this album.

The album starts with "Love Will Find You". This song really gives you the picture of how the entire album will go about. Kris is going for something like the 70s 80s kinda songs and kinda country in a way too. It's kinda different with his previous album "Thank You Camelia" which I think more of a pop rock. "Letting You In" is still very much a pop rock album (I think) but with the touch of blues, country and 80s music to it. "Faster Shoes" is a dance track but not a modern type of dance music. It's 80s kinda dance music actually which it will be a good track for tap dancing.

1.Love Will Find You

3.Time Will Come
4.Waves (Kris Allen's classic)
5.If We Keep Doing Nothing

All in all, this album is not something you would listen on mainstream radio most of the time, Im very sure. The songs are deep and really not staple to radio. Well, most good music don't really made it to radio anyway right becuz they usually give way to catchy pop garbage. If you really like to listen to music that is not really mainstream and not radio-typical, this album is for you. It gives retro and country vibes to it despite being a pop rock album. I wish this album and Kris Allen all the best. May this album revive Kris's career once again. I give this album 3.8/5. PEACE!

Take a listen to this album on Spotify now:

Jennifer Lopez is making everyone knows that she ain't no mama to no one with her new single "Ain't Your Mama". The song will see a live performance from JLo on Idol stage tonight (lucky those in US) so make sure you guys stay tuned. Im sure it's gonna be awesome.

The song rejoice Jlo's and her latin roots but with a new pop touch, something that we love from JLo. I think Im saying this on behalf of everyone that the music video is highly anticipated. Sure to be an instant Youtube/Vevo viral.

Take a listen on JLo's new song her and tell me what you think of it yah. PEACE!

P/ s; Meghan Trainor wrote the song!

Zayn Debut at #1 on US and UK charts

Zayn's first solo effort, "Mind of Mine" debuts at #1 on Billboard 200 this week. The album got 157,000 equivalent album sales with 112,000 of that sums are pure album sales. Quite an impressive figures for a debut album.

This achievement made Zayn the first ever UK male artist to top the Billboard 200 chart with their first album! This guy is all about making and breaking records! Zayn also smashed another record previously with "PILLOWTALK" being the first single by UK artist to debut at #1 on Billboard Hot 100.

"Mind of Mine" also tops the UK album chart leaving "25" by Adele to fall at #2 this week.

Kesha's Lawsuit REJECTED By Court Judge

Kesha's war with Dr. Luke has come to a very unsettling (for many) end when her claims were rejected by court judge yesterday. ICYMI, Kesha has made lawsuit against Dr. Luke for allegedly raping her when she was 18 and abusing her for the past 10 years.

Eventhough the social media is massively with Kesha, court judge is not in the same boat. The judge rejected all of Kesha's claims against Dr. Luke which sadly means that she has to remain under Luke's recording company and Sony. She also cannot release any records outside of this label.

Upon rejecting her claims, the judge issued this statement;

"Although [Luke's] alleged actions were directed to Kesha, who is female, [her claims] do no allege that [Luke] harbored animus toward women or was motivated by gender animus when he allegedly behaved violently toward Kesha."

The judge ends the statement with this;

"Every rape is not a gender-motivated hate crime."  - which will surely starts a war on the social media.

Kesha's personally tweets about this and says "These music business a-sholes (well, Dr. Luke) had almost successfully crushed my magic. But that f--ker didn't win!". Earlier, Kesha shared with us on her Instagram account that she was offered freedom but needed to APOLOGIZE to Dr. Luke and announce that she was never raped by him. This case really has gotten out of hands and I dont know

Rihanna Kiss It Better Baby (Explicit) - Music Video

Rihanna is never short of sexy-ness and in this video, she shows nothing but sexyyyyyyy. This video surely makes the guys (and some girls) to be on their seats till the end of the video. We've seen Riri's amazing figure several times before so there is nothing new to it only that now you can see it in many different angles. We all know what the song is about. If you don't, please Google the lyrics before watching it and before judging it later like it some kind of gospel song. "Kiss It Better" is the second single from Rihanna's new #1 album, "ANTI", succeeding "Work". Do you like it or you don't? Well, that is up to you. Watch it below and share your thoughts about it. PEACE!

Gwen Stefani's This Is What The Truth Feels Like - Album Review

Gwen Stefani is back with her new #1 solo album "This Is What The Truth Feels Like". It has been 10 years since Gwen's last solo album and good for her, she came back with a bang! The album opens with 84,000 equivalent album sales (pure album sales + streaming) in its first week. As the title goes, the album was based on Gwen's emotional roller coaster from the end of her relationship with former husband and what she felt during that probably gruesome period. It receives good critics over the honesty portrayed through the songs. So, with the album in hands, I would like to review the album my way. Now lets get started.

The deluxe version comes with 17 songs on board. Im gonna start with the good. The album starts off with "Misery". I like this song. It is a very good opening song for the album and very good to get you in the mood to listen to the rest of the album. Moving on, "You're My Favourite" is a radio friendly music and it channels mainstream pop. Something that we used to listen to on the radio most of the time. "Make Me Like You" is another radio friendly song in this album. It has catchy chorus and hooks people can easily get in their head. Other than that, "Send Me A Picture" is the song that all teens can definitely relate to. Lol. Plus it is upbeat and even made me dance a little to it. Not to mention its very catchy chorus. "Truth" is a breath of fresh air from Gwen. The music is soothing and very easy to listen to. Next we have "Loveable"; catchy song with deep lyrics. It's like a revenge song for whoever she directed the song to. With lyrics like "Cant you handle it someone else on my lips?", Gwen is taking back her pride and shove it to the guys arse! If you feel like dancing, "Where Would I Be" is the one for you. At some part of the song, it reminds me of Gwen's classic "Rich Girl".

Moving on to the so-so part. Even though "Used To Love You" is the lead single of this album, it didn't do it for me. It is an okay song but not that powerful to drive the whole album. But I can see where the song comes from. "Naughty" and "Obsessed"are both radio typical songs. Catchy but not the type of songs people will remember for long. "Rare" is Gwen's typical but in a good way. It does not offers much but can still be enjoyed.

In every bunch, there must be rotten ones. As for this album, "Red Flag" and "Asking 4 It (feat. Fetty Wap) are the rotten ones (at least to me). Both are kinda hip hop and didn't do it for Gwen. "Red Flag" sounds like Iggy Azalea's "Work" and it definitely will suit Iggy way more. But, I gotta give credit to Gwen for her rapping attempts in the song. "Me Without You" takes the wheel and drives the album back to its original course away from the hip hop deviation. Thank goodness because I was starting to feel a bit let down by the hip hop part. I am not against Hip-Hop music but I just think that Hip-Hop music is not for Gwen.

All in all, "This Is What The Truth Feels Like" is a very good album. I'm glad that I took the time to review the album as I really enjoyed listening to it. Time flies so fast I didn't even notice it took me around 1 hour to listen to the whole album. So Imma give this album 4/5. It definitely deserves that #1 and total recommendation for you music lovers out there. Catch some of her songs down there and enjoy. PEACE!

P/S: If you've listened to this album, lemme know what you guys think ya. :)

Ariana Grande's Presents "Dangerous Woman (Visual 1)" Music Video

First of all, I am not sure why it is called Visual 1. Maybe another version of the music video will come later on? Nobody knows. Anyway, the music video is here and it is sexayyyyyyy as hell! Ariana rocks the bunny-masked thingy for the single cover (kinda channeling Playboy in a way) which gives us the idea of how sexy the music video will be. I will say I am not disappointed AT ALL. Hahaha. Just when I thought our little sweet Ari couldn't get any sexier than she already is, this music video happens. Some might say Ari looks way too sexy than she should but who are we to say what she should looks like or not anyway right? So for Arianators, enjoy the video here and for non-Arianators, you might wanna check out other videos yah? PEACE! Do you think Ariana looks too sexy? Drop me your thoughts.

Iggy Azalea drops Music Video for "Team"

It has been sooooo long since "Fancy" and Iggy Azalea finally made her comeback to the music scene. This time, she is bringing "Team" with her. "Azillion" was supposed to be her comeback song but sadly, the song didnt fly. Sad to know that "Azillion" did not received enough hype when I think it should because it was such an amazing song. Fortunately, "Team" received significant responses and hence, it is worthy of a music video (thank god). Iggy did released a dance video for "Team" previously which was so promising and making us anticipating for the music video so much more. So the music video was released on 31st March 2016, just a few days ago for our viewing pleasure. I like "Team" a lot and I listen to it all the time. It was to my relief that the music video for "Team" is as amazing as the song! The music video got the vibe that the song need, great editing, great everything. Kudos to the director and everyone involved. For those who havent watched, watch it here and tell me what you think. PEACE!

p/s: "Team" is a song from her upcoming album "Digital Distortion"

Zayn's Mind of Mine - Album Review

Zayn, (formerly known as Zayn Malik) ex member of the current hottest boyband, One Direction has dropped his first highly anticipated debut album, "Mind of Mine". As expected, the album garnered massive responses from fans and critics who have been dying for the album (glad that it dropped on time tho). So with the album in hand, does it live up to the hype? Let's find out.

A little info on this album, the deluxe version comes with generous 18 songs including the hits "PILLOWTALK" and "iT's YoU". Prior to the album release, Zayn releases few tracks from the album namely "iT's YoU", "BeFour" and "LIKE I WOULD". Let's first talk on what I love. "iT's YoU" is my personal favourite from this album. The song is emotional with good lyrics. Zayn's falsettos are on point and the music just touch me in every way a music can. Real eargasm. "PILLOWTALK", the album first track which also was an instant hit, showcases Zayn's promising vocals. Tho it was kinda hard to catch what Zayn was saying in the song at first. "BeFour: and "LIKE I WOULD" are dance tracks, radio-friendly songs which are easy on the ears and easy to listen to. "fOoL fOr You" is my another favourite track from this album. Catchy lyrics with good music. Moving on, "TiO" is one hella sexy song, literally speaking, The lyrics are sex-y (:p) and the music is also sexy. Take a listen, you'll do what Zayn tells you in the song. I bet u will! Lol. "sHe" also delivers a sexy feeling to the listeners. I mean, I dig this R&B, groove, kinda pop as well kinda song. I believe this song will do good on radio. At the high falsetto part, Zayn kinda sounds like Jason Derulo or Shayne Ward actually.

On the other hand, among the tracks which I found least interesting is "dRuNk". It is not that bad actually but I found it is kinda typical. I mean it sounds generic and average. Plus, I don't really fancy the idea of getting drunk. (sorry). "BoRdErZ" and "lUcOzAdE" both give the same vibe, kind sound alike actually, It made me stop for a while and check if I was playing the same song.

The so-so songs are among others; "BLUE". Eventho blue is my favourite colour, it doesnt go that way with this one. "BLUE" is a ballad song, supposedly to show off Zayn's flawless vocals. However (to me), it turns out short. I mean it feels inadequate in a certain way. Another one is "SHE DONT LOVE ME". This song is very generic actually. We've heard this somewhere before I'm very sure.

So, in the nutshell, Zayn's "Mind of Mine" is actually a good album as a whole. A very good first attempt and deserved all those attention given to it. It actually reminds me of Justin Timberlake a lott. I dont know is it because they were both from a massive boybands or they both going for the same genre. Well maybe both. Overall, I give this album 4/5 and totally recommend this album to those who love R&B and Pop music. Thumbs up!

p/s: Take a listen to some of Zayn's songs here. Enjoy!
